Forever there disturbing my dreams
just as i drifted to an ultimate peace.
Dancing, tapping feet on the kitchen floor
round and round smiling her best smile
“Give me your attention, look at me,
get up and open my treat tin,
you know you love me
I’m your baby girl”
She seemed to have been there forever,
and now she has gone forever.
I have my ultimate peace
but my beautiful dreams
are of her.
