(Stella is resting after an operation on her hand and she should
be fine, but I thought if we send her healing energy through
prayer, it will help her recovery. For a while Stella may not be able
to type as much as usual , but I know she will be thinking of us,
just as we treasure her and this site. Also thank you Stephen for
all you have done towards creating this wonderful poetry site
to share with our like minded friends.)
Let us pray by the jacaranda tree
Where bounteous blue purple flowers calm
And carpet our hearts with God’s profound gifts
Of beauty and iridescent mauve balm~
Seek the morning glory flowers of blue
To express love in a deep divine way,
As vines gives birth to each flower at morn
To die at eve then replaced the next day~
Find white flowers of faith in Queen Ann Lace,
A challenge once for a Queen to lace sew.
It’s named after her with exquisite grace,
The purple centre is her blood prick’s glow~
Linger in lavender light by the path,
Breathe in the fragrant hues of floral blue.
Its scent offers a tranquil open mind,
Come and pray with God’s flowers rich with dew~
